Go ahead, ferment!

You all know how much I believe in the importance of eating fermented food...

Well, here is a great YouTube video by my Guru, Sandor Ellix Katz, on making sauerkraut. Sandor wrote a great book on fermentation, called Wild Fermentation. It's loaded with great recipes. We love the tahini-miso-lemon juice spread!

Making lacto-fermented veggies is so easy and so much fun! The kids love the pounding and massaging of the cabbage. Give it a try!
