Home for Christmas

We are finally out of the moldy house! We LOVE our new place! You'll see why!

On ADORE notre nouvelle maison! Vous comprendez pourquoi!

The view of the mountains facing the house is amazing, but almost impossible to photograph. It reminds me of Tuscany! Last night, we could see many fireworks (a tradition here!) coming from the houses on the other side of the valley. It was lovely!

This is paradise! Ça c'est le paradis!

And a brand new kitchen! Et une cuisine toute neuve!

:: With a brand new gaz stove/Avec une cuisinière au gaz toute neuve! ::

:: High-quality towels from Quebec, as well as good soft sheets (brought by the owners), a real luxury here since most of the home stuff is pretty cheap unless you shop in high-end stores in Ezcazù/Des serviettes de bonne qualité du Québec, ainsi que des bons draps confortables (que les proprios ont apporté), un vrai luxe ici étant donné que la plupart des articles de maison sont de piètre qualité, à moins de magasiner dans les boutiques haut de gamme à Ezcazù ::

:: It is lovely to eat outside all the time! ::

And yesterday, while we were sitting outside, we saw a mama iguana with her two babies! We also heard a morning concert of howler monkeys! They sure have a fascinating voice! They almost sound like lions roaring...
