Cream cheese made with the leftover whey from our raw cheddar to which I add some of my homemade walnut pesto and a bit of olive oil. Served with buckwheat and sunflower sprouts.
Fromage à la crème fait à partir du petit lait obtenu à la suite de la fabrication de notre cheddar au lait cru auquel j'ajoute mon pesto maison aux noix de Grenoble et de l'huile d'olive. Servi avec des pousses de sarrasin et de tournesol.
